GENERAL CONDITIONS
a). We reserve that for reasons beyond our control (supplier shortages, etc.), we may partially fulfill an order. If there are any problems with order fulfillment, the store will inform the buyer within 3 days.
b). If the buyer requests 100% fulfillment, we recommend payment at the checkout. Prepayment to the account.
c). The user consents to receiving information from the Online Store necessary to fulfill the order at the email address provided by the user.
d). The user may share their account with third parties at their own risk and responsibility.
e). In the event of changes to the personal data contained in the registration form, the user will update it.
f). The user has the right to request the immediate deletion of their personal data, also known as the “right to be forgotten,” by sending an email to: info@fil-ps.pl

i). Personal collection of ordered goods is not possible.
j). Products ordered to a customer’s specific order, as per Appendix 4 to the Terms and Conditions, will be ordered from the supplier/manufacturer’s warehouse only after payment of a deposit of 60% of the value of the product(s). The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not applicable for such ordered products – in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Terms and Conditions.
The deposit amount will be confirmed to the customer individually after checking availability in the manufacturer’s/distributor’s warehouse. Please pay only after receiving the individual confirmation.
k). To use the Service, you must have internet access and a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (version 5.0 or later) or Mozilla Firefox (version 2.0 or later). Using the Services provided via email requires an active and properly configured email account.
l). The Service User is prohibited from providing any illegal content.
m). The sales agreement is concluded in Polish.
n). Products in the shopping cart are stored by the store’s system for a period of 30 days. After this time, the cart is automatically cleared.
POSSIBLE METHODS FOR PLACING AN ORDER AND MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

– Shipping details, including the parcel locker number if you wish to process your order via InPost Paczkomaty

d). Orders placed by phone, email, or through the store system without registration do not earn loyalty program points.
e). The minimum order amount is PLN 30 (gross).
f). Order changes, adding items to an existing order
At the request of a retail customer via email, we can make changes to an existing order up to one day after it is placed – provided, of course, that the order has not already been packed or shipped.
In this case, changes may include:
– Adding a new product
– Cancelling an ordered product
Customers are always notified of any changes to their orders via email. If they wish to make any changes, please reply to the email within 24 hours of receiving it.
In this case, changes may include:
– acceptance of the changes (contact is not required for this purpose)
– adding a new product (please provide the product reference number)
– cancellation of the entire order
Order changes are not available for orders placed with businesses, which are considered final and cannot be modified later.
Orders are processed in the order in which they were received and the date they were placed.
If another order(s) is sent to a pending order with a request to be combined, the combined orders will be processed based on the date the last order was received.
Products ordered separately after two days of placing the first order will be treated as a separate order with additional shipping costs.

h). Adding a product to your cart
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve that product; it is merely a temporary hold until your order is processed.
If the product price changes, the price in your cart will also change. Likewise, if a product is removed from the offer, it will be automatically removed from your cart.
LOYALTY PROGRAM, PROMOTIONS
a). Loyalty Program
The store does not currently operate a loyalty program.
b). Products with a promotional price
Promotions are valid while supplies last or until further notice.
For products with a promotional price, we do not guarantee a quantity of more than one item per order.

b). For orders placed by phone and email, there is only one payment method: Prepayment to bank account.
c). For purchases with the prepayment option to a bank account, the transfer should be made only after an authorized person confirms the availability of the goods in stock via email.
The first confirmation sent automatically to your inbox is only a confirmation of order acceptance. Confirmation from the authorized person is sent after checking the availability of the goods.
d). The Fil Precision Systems store reserves the right to change the payment method for the order.
e). In the case of a refund for a transaction paid by card, the refund will be made to the card account.
SHIPPING COSTS:
The shipping cost also includes the cost of preparing the goods and packaging them.
The store system automatically calculates the shipping costs, which are displayed at checkout. Costs depend on the weight and length of the products.
a) The maximum weight of one shipment is 30 kg.
b). Personal collection of goods at the company’s headquarters is not possible.
Sales are conducted exclusively by mail order.
c). Orders over PLN 1,000 are subject to shipping costs.
g). International Shipping
International shipping costs depend on the weight and length of the products. To view the correct prices, please add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
h). Fil Precision Systems reserves the right to change the payment method for your order.
DETAILS OF PRODUCTS PRESENTED
Please be advised that product descriptions and photos are based on catalogs and other commercial information provided by distributors and manufacturers.
This information does not exclude, limit, or suspend the buyer’s rights arising from non-conformity of the goods with the contract, and Fil Precision Systems is fully responsible for the conformity of the store’s offer with the descriptions posted on its website.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME, SHIPPING, AND PICKUP
a). Delivery is carried out via:
– courier companies – delivery time: maximum 2 business days;
Order processing time in the online store is a maximum of 14 business days from the time the order is placed. The carrier’s time, which is listed above, must be added to this time.
According to our statistics, the average order processing time is 4 days + carrier’s time.
Of course, we will strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible.
b). Orders placed with the prepayment option are packaged after the payment has been credited to the designated bank account.

c). In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended; the customer will be informed of such an event.
Purchased goods will be delivered by the carrier at the buyer’s expense, unless the delivery terms specified on the Online Store’s website state otherwise.
d). The Fil Precision Systems online store is responsible for any damage during transport or loss of the shipment.
e). Please do not accept shipments damaged during transport.

WARRANTIES
a). The Fil Precision Systems online store is 100% responsible for delivering goods in good condition. If a defect is found in the purchased product, please contact us immediately to arrange further action.
Defective goods will be replaced with goods in good condition, and if there are no defects, a refund will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.
b). The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and hidden defects of the purchased goods resulting from their intended use.
Damage resulting from the user’s fault (including mechanical damage, unauthorized repair, or use other than for the intended purpose) will not constitute grounds for a warranty claim.
c). The warranty covers only products purchased in our store.
d). The store is liable for goods that do not conform to the contract.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
a). Here’s what you should do if you wish to make a complaint about the equipment:

– Attach a note describing the damage (it’s best to describe the problem in your own words)

Please send the returned goods, for example, by registered economy mail or economy parcel.
The entrepreneur is not obligated to reimburse the consumer for any additional costs incurred.
b). We do not accept complaint parcels sent at our expense.
c). The store will respond to the buyer’s requests within 14 days of receiving the request. After inspecting the goods in question and preparing a complaint report, it will be immediately sent to the guarantor.
In the event of a complaint regarding the price of the ordered goods or services, the User is required to indicate the disputed item, the amount, and the order number.
The complaint will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176).

WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT
a). Every customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code and uses the Fil Precision Systems online store has the right – under the law – to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract for goods without giving any reason, within the period described below. The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to the following address:

Deadline:
The consumer has the right to withdraw within a non-extendable period of 14 days, which begins on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is considered met if the consumer sends the declaration of withdrawal to the address provided above before its expiry.
The goods should be returned in their unaltered condition, unless the alteration was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. Ordinary management means familiarizing oneself with the goods as would be possible in a traditional store.

The form is also available on the last page of the terms and conditions, which is sent with the order confirmation.
– Please return the original receipt, which is required by the Tax Office for the refund of previously paid VAT.
Return of Services:
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded. Whatever the parties have provided is returned unchanged, unless a change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, no later than 14 days. The entrepreneur may withhold the refund of payments received from the consumer until the goods are received back.
